Sustainability in Operations

Sustainability in campus and operations at ºÚÁϸ£ÀûÍø goes beyond reducing our environmental footprint. It is about creating a healthy, inclusive and future-proof campus while embedding Sustainability in the way our university operates.

Sustainable Campus Roadmap | Ambition, direction and responsibility

The Sustainable Campus 2030 Roadmap outlines the ambitions and objectives of the Campus & Facilities department for the coming years. These objectives provide direction for our policies and investments, while demonstrating how sustainability is being integrated into our buildings, campus grounds and facility services.

At the same time, we recognise that achieving these ambitions depends on a range of factors, including available resources, legislation and regulations, technological developments, and how students and staff use the campus.

By openly sharing this roadmap, we aim to demonstrate our commitment to taking responsibility, making our progress transparent, and learning from experience. In doing so, we continue to work together towards a future-proof and sustainable campus, in line with our CORe values.
