Curious to better understand the impact of your project? The Impact Unpacked workshop helps you explore both the positive and unintended impacts of your work, and introduces practical tools to strengthen its societal relevance.
About the workshop
This workshop offers a foundational understanding of key sustainability concepts, including the Brundtland definition, the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs), and the impact of technology.
Participants are invited to reflect on their own project — such as research, prototype development, or work-related assignments — and explore both its positive contributions and potential unintended consequences.
In the final part of the workshop, participants will work with practical methods such as Life Cycle Analysis (LCA) and stakeholder mapping to identify and mitigate negative or unintended impacts of their project.
This workshop builds on the Sustainability Self-Assessment Tool, which helps you reflect on the sustainability impact of your project.
