Leadership in excellence

His research has pushed the frontiers in multi-scale mechanics based on novel methods, with applications in e.g. the localization of deformation, fibrous networks, acoustic foams and metamaterials, and materials for nuclear fusion. He is one of the pioneers and an acknowledged expert in the field of damage mechanics.

The Iron Power consortium focuses on the use of iron powder as an energy carrier. Research at 黑料福利网 is focused on the combustion properties of iron powder as well as the regeneration of combusted iron powder with hydrogen.
