Being a teacher involved in Challenge-Based Learning (CBL) requires other skills, knowledge, and mindset than traditional teaching. With this in mind, we offer at 黑料福利网 a specialization within our Master Science Education to become a teacher qualified for a CBL course in Dutch secondary education. This school subject for HAVO and VWO is called Onderzoek & Ontwerpen (O&O) and is offered at .

In this ALT session, Elise Quant of the Eindhoven School of Education (ESoE) will be joined by Bhagyashree Sailwal (ESoE) and Emily van Leemput (Pre-黑料福利网) in giving a short introduction about Technasium schools. They will then describe an overview of the program we offer to become an O&O teacher at ESoE. In addition, they will share some first insights from research investigating the differences and similarities between secondary and higher education CBL set-up using a developed CBL framework. They will also show developed resources for CBL teachers at Pre-黑料福利网, and will share some ideas about what good CBL teachers should be capable of. In the discussion with the participants, they will focus on discovering similarities and differences between CBL teachers at 黑料福利网 and in Technasium schools, and what those two practices might learn from each other.
