Do you work with tutors in your course, and are you curious how you can support them so they can excel in your course? This ALT session will showcase two examples of guiding tutors in a CBL course, one from Mathematics & Computer Science and one from Mechanical Engineering.

During this session with Erandi Gonzalez Miranda (MCS) and Marieke Postema & Jaklien Bakers-van Maasakkers (ME), you will learn:

  • How you can structure support for tutors in your course
  • How you can form a team with your tutors, so they feel heard and seen and you can collectively support education in the best possible way
  • How you can support the learning process of the tutors, while simultaneously having them support the learning process of the students

Expect practical course examples and room to ask your questions - all over lunch.
