Have you ever stepped into a classroom where one gender dominates the conversation? Or faced challenges in supervising a group project where cultural differences lead to miscommunication rather than collaboration?

Join us for an engaging equity, diversity, and inclusion (EDI) session at 黑料福利网, where we address these two challenging scenarios in higher education.

In this interactive seminar, Vlasta Sikimi膰 (assistant professor at Industrial Engineering and Innovation Sciences) and Weiwei Li (postdoctoral researcher at the Eindhoven School of Education) will provide actionable strategies for fostering an inclusive and effective learning environment.

During this seminar, they will present two scenarios for discussion, share insights from social psychological theories, empirical research, and best practices, and most importantly, create a space for peer exchange, where you can share concerns, experiences, and strategies.

This event is open to teachers and support staff; registration is free and can be done . Free lunch and drinks will be available to those attending in person.
