The WISE Network warmly invites you to take advantage of this unique opportunity to participate in a two-part workshop, Lead with Clarity: Energy, Boundaries & Influence in Academia, specially designed for female principal investigators (assistant professors, associate professors, and full professors) at ºÚÁϸ£ÀûÍø.

Women in academia often navigate high performance expectations, complex relationships, invisible pressures and evolving demands across different career and life phases. This experiential two-part workshop series combines coaching and leadership development to support how you want to show up with clarity, focus and impact, strengthening your influence, communication, confidence and sense of balance.

Through guided reflection, practical exercises and real academic scenarios, participants will explore how internal assumptions shape external impact. The workshop develops greater leadership presence and range, while equipping participants with practical tools to navigate boundaries, visibility, collaboration and influence in academic life.

At its core, the program supports developing awareness and agency, enabling participants to show up in ways that fit with their values and needs. It offers space to reflect on experience, learn from challenges and respond with clarity and intention, while bringing both strengths and authenticity into their work and interactions.
