As a housing corporation, Woonbedrijf has almost a century of experience in the realisation, maintenance and operation of social housing in the Eindhoven region. Under the brand name 鈥榁estide鈥� we are known as a student housing provider.
With 33,000 plus rental houses in Eindhoven, our housing is impactful to the residents of Eindhoven. We aim for social and affordable homes of high quality for our residents, participating with residents in developing their neighborhood. Innovation empowers us to do so.
Students form an indispensable link between the here and now and the future of the city. We offer housing to make them feel at home.
