Great that you are considering applying to a program at Eindhoven University of Technology. The following information is designed for students with an international previous education.

Application and admission process

The application and admission process at Eindhoven University of Technology consists of a few steps:

  1. Check the admission and language requirements for the Bachelor’s or Master’s program you intent to apply to.
  2. Check the deadlines here
  3. Prepare your application documents
  4. Apply

    b.Continue your application in our online application system (Osiris)
    c.Transfer the application fee (if applicable)
  5.  Await / Receive the outcome of the admission assessment

1. Check the admission requirements

The easiest way to check the admissions requirements is to make use of our admission wizard. By filling in some background information, the wizard will tell you the admission requirements based on your previous education and the program you are interested in.

2. Check the deadlines

Eindhoven University of Technology has rolling admissions. This means that we accept and process applications as soon as we receive your complete application. Within 4 weeks for bachelor’s applications and 6 weeks for master’s applications you will receive the outcome.

Our deadlines are very strict. This means that only students that uploaded a complete application by the deadline, will be processed.

Assessment of your admission can have three outcomes:

  1. Conditionally admitted

You are admitted to the program under a few conditions. These conditions are listed in the admission decision. Please make sure fulfill all conditions before the start of the program. Only students who have met all conditions can be enrolled as a student at Eindhoven University of Technology. In addition, please note that submitting your official documents (diploma, transcript, certificates, etc) is always required for enrollment. ºÚÁϸ£ÀûÍø must verify that you have completed the previous education on which your admission is based.

  1. Unconditionally admitted

You are admitted to the program without any conditions. 

  1. Rejected

Based on the provided documents for admission, Eindhoven University of Technology decided not to admit you to the program you applied to. There can be different reasons for that, and they will be explained in the admission decision.

6. (Conditionally) admitted? What’s next?

Your admission application is the first phase to become a ºÚÁϸ£ÀûÍø student. To become a fully enrolled student, you will need to complete a few steps that will be explained in the section After Admission, what’s next?
