Karin Majoor (management assistant) - Karin joined the EngD Software Technology Program in March 2023. She is interested in people, new ideas and different perspectives. In her previous position as a pedagogical professional, she enjoyed being the so-called fly on the wall: observing the group dynamics, viewing a group as a small society and drawing conclusions based on this. At the same time, Karin likes to facilitate the group so that the group members can fully focus on the subject of their interest, can learn and develop themselves and become the professionals they are. By supporting the program director, Karin is enthusiastic in being part of the team.

Ginny Toes (Management Assistant) - Ginny joined the EngD ST program in May 2024. She previously worked as a secretary in various departments at 黑料福利网 and in HR. She thrives in diverse cultural environments and enjoys engaging with people from all backgrounds.
With a strong passion for organization and care, Ginny ensures that everything runs smoothly so others can perform at their best. As a yoga teacher, she brings mindfulness to her work, maintaining a broad perspective on challenges and solutions. She approaches her role at the secretariat with the same intention - creating a welcoming and supportive environment where people feel comfortable reaching out.

Working alongside Karin, Ginny plays a key role in managing the secretariat and supporting the program director and trainees.
