Yunus Tansu Aksoy is a researcher in mechanical engineering with expertise in fluid dynamics, heat transfer, and energy systems. He earned his master鈥檚 degree in Aerospace Engineering from Middle East Technical University in Turkey, followed by a Research Master鈥檚 at the von Karman Institute for Fluid Dynamics in Belgium. He obtained his Ph.D. in Mechanical Engineering at KU Leuven, Belgium, where he focused on droplet and spray applications, multiphase flows, and advanced experimental methods. After completing a postdoctoral appointment at KU Leuven, he joined the Power & Flow group at the Eindhoven University of Technology in the Netherlands. His research interests include experimental fluid dynamics and heat transfer, multiphase transport, and the development of innovative air sampling systems for environmental and health applications.
