RESEARCH PROFILE

A PhD student currently working on the development of foamed materials for refractory engineering. The research focuses on designing thermally stable, lightweight materials with enhanced fire safety performance, tailored for use in high-temperature environments. The work integrates principles from fire safety engineering, rheology, and alkali-activated materials (AAM). Key areas of investigation include the influence of material formulation and foam structure on thermal insulation, mechanical strength, and fire resistance. Special attention is given to the rheological behavior of precursor mixtures and strategies for producing stable, uniform foams using sustainable binders.
