RESEARCH PROFILE

Nathaly Yumi da Silva is a Doctoral Candidate at the Technology, Innovation and Society  (TIS) group. In her work at Eindhoven University of Technology (黑料福利网), da Silva focuses on investigating agency and sustainable discourses within actors affected by soybean expansion in Brazil. Her research is part of a larger research project entitled 鈥淪oyStories: Connected sustainability histories and futures of the global Soyacene鈥; which is a collaboration among the History Lab - Eindhoven University of Technology (黑料福利网), Athena Institute - Vrij Universiteit Amsterdam (VU), and Universidade Federal Fronteira Sul (UFFS) - Brazil. 

ACADEMIC BACKGROUND

Nathaly da Silva did her undergraduate studies in Brazil on Dance Studies. In 2022, she received her master鈥檚 degree cum laude in Culture Studies - Art and Media Studies at Tilburg University (NL).
