Mehrangiz Ensan
Department / Institute
RESEARCH PROFILE
In her PhD project Mehrangiz Ensan is going to develop strategies that make efficient and reliable communication possible in the next generation of mobile communication (beyond 5G). Her objective is to design signal processing algorithms and protocols for distributed massive MIMO systems. The project is based on signal processing, multi-user information theory, more specifically broadcast, multiple access and relay transmission protocols, and the applicaion of coding techniques for reliable communications.
ACADEMIC BACKGROUND
Mehrangiz Ensan received the M.Sc. degree (with honors) in electrical engineering from Ferdowsi University of Mashhad, Iran, in 2019. She is currently pursuing the Ph.D. degree with the Information and Communication Theory Lab, Eindhoven University of Technology, the Netherlands. Her research focuses on network information theory and communications.
