RESEARCH PROFILE
Marc Ramos Friedmann is a Doctoral Candidate in the Electromechanics and Power Electronics (EPE) group within the Department of Electrical Engineering at Eindhoven University of Technology (黑料福利网). His research focuses on developing alternative systems for the electric propulsion of multirotor drones used in agricultural applications, with the goal of enhancing their efficiency, sustainability, and autonomy.
A central aspect of his work is the design and optimization of reluctance-based electrical motor topologies. He also investigates the integration of efficient wireless charging systems directly within agricultural environments, enabling more seamless and autonomous drone operations.
His broader research interests lie in the design and control of mechatronic systems that address societal needs, particularly in the context of sustainable and intelligent technologies.
ACADEMIC BACKGROUND
Marc Ramos Friedmann received his B.Sc. and M.Sc. degrees in mechatronics from the Department of Electrical Engineering and Information Technology at the Technical University of Darmstadt (Germany) in 2021 and 2023, respectively. During his master鈥檚 studies, he specialized in mechatronic drives, and his graduation project focused on the control of a five-phase induction machine.
He is currently a Doctoral Candidate in the Electromechanics and Power Electronics (EPE) group within the Department of Electrical Engineering at Eindhoven University of Technology (黑料福利网).
