Lisanne Bergefurt is an Assistant Professor at the Real Estate and Urban Development Unit of Eindhoven University of Technology (黑料福利网). Her research explores how the built environment can stimulate healthy behavior, with a particular focus on office environments. In 2023, she completed her PhD cum laude within the same research group, investigating the complex relationship between physical workplace characteristics and mental health.

In 2025, Lisanne was a Visiting Researcher at KU Leuven, funded by KU Leuven and FWO. Her current research increasingly addresses the inclusivity of office environments, with a special emphasis on neurodiversity and how spatial characteristics can support diverse cognitive needs.

In December 2023, Lisanne obtained her PhD cum laude within the REMD unit of the Built Environment. In November 2019 she finished her MSc cum laude, within the same unit.
