RESEARCH PROFILE

In January 2026, Lisa started her PhD at Eindhoven University of Technology, where she will work on the development of novel polymers and coating for low-temperature hydrogen fuel cells.

ACADEMIC BACKGROUND

Lisa obtained both a Bsc degree in Chemistry and Msc degree in Molecular Chemistry from Radboud University. For her Bsc thesis she developed a conductive poly(isocyanide) hydrogel scaffold for muscular tissue engineering, while for her Msc thesis she developed a dual-activated alkyne-functionalized fluorogenic probe for the quantification free-azide groups in aqueous environments. During an additional internship at Canon Production Printing, she investigated the influence of additives on the molecular interactions in UV-curable inks.
