Chinhung holds a Bachelor's (2016) and Master's (2018) degree in Atmospheric Science from National Central University, Taiwan. His master's research focused on Microphysics Parameterization, Ensemble-Kalman filter-based Data Assimilation, and Numerical Weather Prediction.
