Partners and Cooperation
PULS/e is firmly embedded in the regional, national, and international MedTech ecosystem. As one of the core groups within e/MTIC, we operate at the interface of engineering, clinical practice, and innovation.
We are active contributors to professional communities such as the Dutch Society on Medical Ultrasound (NVMU), the Dutch Cardiovascular Biomechanics Society (DCVB), and the Dutch Biomedical Optics Society. In addition, PULS/e participates, or has participated, in multiple national and international research consortia, notably FULLPHASE, C-VENT, ultraXtreme, VPH CaSE, ThromboRisk, NewLife, Sonoskin, and AMICE.
Our academic network spans leading institutions in the Netherlands and abroad, including Radboudumc, UTwente, TU Delft, Erasmus MC, Leiden UMC, MUMC+, UMCU, KU Leuven, University of Bern, ARMINES, Imperial College London, Tohoku University, and others.
PULS/e maintains strong clinical collaborations with hospitals such as CZE, MMC, AMC, UMCU, LUMC, UZ Brussels, and INSEL Bern, enabling direct translation of research into practice.
Our industrial partnerships range from major companies to specialized technology developers, including Philips Healthcare, Esaote, DEMCON, ANSYS, VisualSonics, Cyberdyne, Verasonics, USONO, TNO, Tomosono, Sonic Precision, and several others. These collaborations support innovation across the full technology pipeline, from component development to clinical evaluation.
