Hydrogen
Society and industry have high hopes for hydrogen, and the role it will play in the transition away from fossil fuels. The hydrogen community is dedicated to creating a central knowledge base on hydrogen, strengthening collaborations between all those working in this domain and raising the next generation of hydrogen experts.
By some, hydrogen is called the holy grail of the energy transition, which will allow us to replace fossil fuels in for instance industry and mobility with a clean alternative. Hydrogen is already an established, worldwide industry, yet to realize all ambitions, more research is required on the generation, storage and applications of hydrogen. Within ºÚÁϸ£ÀûÍø, different departments collaborate to define and create the hydrogen ecosystem of tomorrow. We look into hydrogen as future energy career by delving into its unique abilities on a fundamental level, in context of the various applications from source to sink, and on a system level considering its socio-economic context. Over 150 ºÚÁϸ£ÀûÍø researchers have already published over 3400 papers regarding hydrogen.

Join the community!
As hydrogen community, we seek collaborative opportunities around our 5 pillars: scientific exchange, industry, education, visibility, valorization & impact, through joint learning, networking and brainstorming events and resource sharing.
Interested to join? You can either sign up as an active member to join the teams working in the different pillars or passive members to stay informed about events, news and emerging opportunities.
Each pillar has a committee of active community members who organize events, projects, education, etc., and together make up the board of the community.
