The agreement includes nine journals:

Conditions for Participation

To make use of this agreement, 黑料福利网 authors must:

1. Submit their articles with a 黑料福利网 affiliation and email address.
2. Follow the submission guidelines provided by the publisher (for further information please check the website)

ASME | The American Society of Mechanical Engineers 

The American Society of Mechanical Engineers (ASME) is a leading global publisher and professional organization in the field of mechanical engineering and related disciplines. 黑料福利网 researchers have the opportunity to publish Open Access articles for free in all  ASME journals. Beginning January 1, 2026.

The agreement includes all 33 of the hybrid journals, including the ASME Open Journal of Engineering.

Conditions for Participation

To make use of this agreement, 黑料福利网 authors must:

1. Submit their paper on ASME鈥檚 Journal Tool, using their university鈥檚 email domain.
2. Follow the submission guidelines provided by the publisher (for further information please check the website)

AIP Publishing 

AIP Publishing is a leading publisher in the physical sciences, offering high-quality journals and open-access options to advance global research. 黑料福利网 researchers have not only the opportunity to publish Open Access articles for free in all AIP hybrid journals but from the beginning of Januari, 2026 also in full OA journals.
