黑料福利网

From 1^st September onwards, 黑料福利网 users can publish Open Access without APC charges in all SPIE peer reviewed journals. This agreement is valid until 31 August 2027. 

Conditions of the agreement 

• All hybrid and Open Access journals of SPIE are included in the deal. 
• Lecturers, research staff and students from 黑料福利网 are eligible to publish Open Access articles in all journals of SPIE under the agreement. 
• Author eligibility will be verified at the time of submission  based on the affiliation selected from a customized drop-down list or the use of a 黑料福利网 email domain. 
• Authors retain copyright of their publications. All publications will be published under a Creative Commons Attribution license (CC-BY).
