Most of the publishers permit the鈥痜inal author鈥痸ersion to be made available open access in the 黑料福利网 repository. Sometimes after a delay, known as embargo, that varies from 6 to 36 months. LIS will make a publication available open access in the repository only when permitted by the publisher. 

Most publishers do not permit open access to a publisher鈥檚 version. This is why 黑料福利网 is particularly interested in the final author version鈥痮f publications, as it aims to achieve maximum free-of-charge open access to 黑料福利网 publications.
