Conditions of the agreement 

• All corresponding authors from 黑料福利网 can make use of the deal if the publication was submitted on or after 1 November 2020.

• All publications will be published with the CC-BY license by default. 

How to use the deal 

1. To鈥� be eligible for the deal, corresponding authors from 黑料福利网鈥痬ust use their institutional e-mail address鈥痑nd indicate affiliation with 黑料福利网 correctly during the submission process. The Open Access deal will only be available for authors who indicated an @tue e-mail address. 
2. A customized e-mail is sent to the 黑料福利网 corresponding author of a manuscript in each of these instances: 
   - Acceptance to an ACM journal 
   - Acceptance to an ACM conference 
3. The author is informed via this e-mail that 黑料福利网 has an agreement with ACM under which they can make their article available Open Access at no additional cost. The e-mail contains a link to the rights management form (eRights form). 
4. On the eRights form, select option 鈥淚nstitutionally Paid Open Access / Permission Release鈥�. 
5. Upon selection of the ACM Open OA option, authors are asked to select their choice of Creative Commons (CC) license. Select 鈥淐C license鈥� and check box 鈥淎llow remixing鈥�. Your paper will be published with CC-BY 4.0 license. 
6. After selecting CC license the author will be taken to the second page of the eRights form which is similar to what you may find from other publishers, asking authors about permissions, third-party material, warranties and originality, and funding.

If your article is not made Open Access automatically, you can contact the鈥疧pen Access desk鈥痺ithin 3 months after acceptance. Thereafter your article cannot retrospectively be made Open Access. 

How to make use of this deal 

• Please make sure to use your 黑料福利网 email address and select 黑料福利网 as affiliated institution. 
• Articles will be automatically published in Open Access based on affiliation and institutional email address under CC-BY-NC-ND license. 

Conditions of the agreement

• Only submitting (corresponding) authors affiliated with 黑料福利网 or other participating universities, such as Radboud Universiteit, Rijksuniversiteit Groningen, TU Delft, Universiteit Maastricht, Universiteit van Tilburg, Universiteit van Amsterdam, Vrije Universiteit Amsterdam and UMCs, can publish open access for free under this agreement.
• This agreement includes 28 hybrid journals from AIPP. Use the to find out if a journal of your choice is part of the agreement.
• Publication types that are part of the agreement: (original) research papers, review papers, brief communications and continuing education.
• This agreement covers a maximum cost free open access publications per year: 126 in 2022, 132 in 2023 and 141 in 2024.
• Start date of the agreement is 1 August 2022. To qualify for free open access, the acceptance date must be after this date and before 31 December 2024 .

How to make use of this deal

• At submission, the submitting author must select their affiliation and use the email address of that institution.
• As soon as the request is approved the Library, the article will be published open access with a CC-BY license at no additional cost for the author.

To make use of this agreement, 黑料福利网 authors must:

• submit their paper on ASME鈥檚 Journal Tool, using their university鈥檚 email domain.
• Follow the submission guidelines provided by the publisher (for further information please check the website)

• Open Access publication costs are covered by a VSNU deal for鈥�360 hybrid and full Open Access journals from CUP. Eligible titles can be鈥痜ound鈥痠n the鈥�. 
• All corresponding authors from 黑料福利网 can publish research and review articles Open Access in eligible CUP journals for free. 
• The number of publications that can be published Open Access under the deal is set to a national maximum of 1400 articles over the full contract period 

How to use the deal 

• Please make sure to use your 黑料福利网 email address when submitting your manuscript. 
• After acceptance, the corresponding author鈥痠ndicates his/her affiliation to 黑料福利网. 
• By pressing the Apply Discount button which then appears, the article is published in Open Access and costs are covered on the basis of the VSNU deal. 

Conditions of the agreement 

1. Corresponding authors from 黑料福利网 will be identified by the Publisher according to the corresponding author email 鈥淍tue.nl鈥� and the affiliation stated in the submitted manuscript. Corresponding authors who do not clearly state their affiliation with the Institution when submitting their full paper through the journal鈥檚 online submission system can not covered by this Agreement;
2. The agreement is valid for all the journals hosted by the Publisher;
3. The agreement is valid for all scholars (such as faculty, research fellows, postdoctoral scholars, graduate students, etc.) affiliated with 黑料福利网.

Conditions of the agreement

• Journals included in the agreement are ECS Journal of Solid State Science and Technology and Journal of the Electrochemical Society. 
• There must be at least one 黑料福利网 author on the author's list and 黑料福利网 affiliation must be clearly stated. 

How to use the deal 

• Select 鈥極pen Access publication鈥� during the submission process (via Scholar One). 
• Later in the process a number of waiver options will be presented. 

Select the ECS Plus option and state the 黑料福利网 affiliation in the support information tab. If this option is not selected, but Open Access publication is, an invoice will be generated. In this case contact the IEC Open Access helpdesk to help you request a waiver of the costs.

• Articles eligible for publication under the deal: Full Length Article, Review Article, Short Communication, Case Report, Data, Micro-article, Original Software Publication, Practical Guideline, Protocol, Replication Study, Short Survey, Video 
• All corresponding authors from 黑料福利网 are eligible for APC discount under the deal. To make use of the deal, you must be a corresponding author affiliated with 黑料福利网. 
• Only selected hybrid and full Open Access journals鈥痑re included in the agreement with Elsevier. To find out if a journal of your choice is part of the agreement, use the .

Please note that for the newly included in the agreement journals, 100% discount applies only if your article was submitted after a journal was included in the agreement. Articles submitted before this date are not eligible for free Open Access publication. Search the journal of your choice in the鈥�鈥痶o see what date of submission is eligible for 100% APC waiver. 

How to make use of the deal 

If the conditions above are met, after acceptance corresponding author will receive an email with a link to complete author journey and choose publishing options. Please follow the steps as described in the  to apply 100% discount to your APC. 

• Indicate in the publication stage (author journey) of your article that your research was conducted at a Dutch university, a NWO or KNAW research institute, or a university of applied sciences.鈥� 
• 础鈥�-BY license will be applied by default unless a different license is chosen by the author.

• Articles eligible for publication under the deal: Original research articles, Review articles. 
• Only selected titles are part of the deal. Use the 鈥痶o find out if a journal of your choice is part of the agreement. If the journal of your choice is not part of the agreement, you cannot publish Open Access free of charge, but you will get a 10% discount on the APC. 
• The number of publications that can be published Open Access under the deal is set to a national maximum 鈥� 101 in 2024. If the maximum is reached, the agreement will be terminated and publications from Dutch academic institutions will no longer be eligible for free Open Access publishing. 

How to publish your article in Open Access under this agreement 

To make your article Open Access you need to follow the steps below: 

1. Visit Scholar One to submit your article to your chosen journal. 
2. Once you have uploaded your submission documents, you will be asked if you want to publish your article as Open Access. Select the 鈥榊es, I want to publish my article Open Access鈥� option 
3. Your article now enters the peer-review process. If your article is accepted, you will receive an email with your CCBY licence. 
4. You will need to complete and sign the CCBY licence and return by email to the Emerald contact. 
5. Your article will be published Open Access via鈥� 

Conditions of the agreement 

• Corresponding (submitting) authors affiliated to 黑料福利网 can make use of the deal. 
• Selected Hybrid and Gold Open Access journals are included in the agreement. Check the鈥�鈥痮r the鈥�鈥�(黑料福利网 is subscribed to List A, B and D) to find out if a journal of your choice is part of the agreement.
• Research articles (letters, papers and special issue articles) accepted for publication within the term of this agreement are eligible. 
• Eligibility is determined upon acceptance date. 
• All eligible articles will be published under CC-BY license. 

How to make use of the deal 

• Always use your institutional email address at submission. 
• If your article is identified you will be notified during the peer-review process or shortly after acceptance 
• Eligible articles will be published Open Access automatically unless you opt out within 5 days after notification.

Important: is the article the result of research that was (partly) funded by NWO and/or ZonMW? If so, please include the correct funding information with the article.

• The author will receive an e-mail with the offer to make the paper Open Access free of charge as part of the agreement between Dutch universities and Sage (applies to 875 SAGE Choice journals). 
• To accept this offer the application form included in the email must be filled in and returned immediately. On the form you will be asked for a code, which you do not need to fill in. 

The 20% discount (VSNU agreement discount)鈥痜or publication in鈥疭AGE's Pure Gold Access Journal鈥痺ill automatically be applied to the author processing charge (APC) when the corresponding author is recognized as affiliated to a Dutch university.

• All hybrid and Open Access journals of SPIE are included in the deal. 
• Teaching, research staff and students from 黑料福利网 are eligible to publish Open Access articles in all journals of SPIE under the agreement. 
• Eligibility of the authors will be checked at the moment of submission on the basis of indicated affiliation from a customized drop down list or 黑料福利网 email domain. 
• Authors retain copyright to their publications. All publications will be published under a Creative Commons Attribution license (CC-BY).

• After article acceptance, corresponding authors will be asked to identify themselves as author affiliated with a Dutch academic institution and agree to the Open Access copyright and license terms. You can confirm the affiliation by choosing it in the 鈥淪pecial Affiliation鈥� drop-down menu. 
• Your eligibility to publish your article in Open Access under this agreement will be verified by your university and Springer during the production process.

• The agreement applies to more than 2,300鈥�.鈥疎ligible titles can also be鈥痜ound鈥痠n the鈥�. 
• There is publication cap up to a national total of 1451 articles in 2024. If the maximum is reached, the agreement will be terminated and publications from Dutch academic institutions will no longer be eligible for free Open Access publishing. 
• Eligible publication types include original research articles and review papers; editorials, announcements and book reviews are not included in the agreement. 

How to make use of the deal 

• Use your 黑料福利网 email address when submitting a paper. Taylor & Francis will recognize 黑料福利网 affiliated corresponding authors based on their email domain. 
• After acceptance of a paper, the corresponding author will receive an email asking to choose an鈥�. After that your article will be automatically published in Open Access.

• Submitting authors (teaching, research staff and students) affiliated to 黑料福利网 can publish open access in the selected journals without any costs.
• All 35 of Thieme鈥檚 English language hybrid and all 19 full open access journals are part of the agreement. Use to determine if a journal of your choice is part of the agreement.
• Publication types that are part of the agreement: original papers and review papers, brief communications, continuing education, case reports, letters to the editor and invited letters.

• NOTE: Wiley transitions a number of journals to be fully gold Open Access from January 2023. Starting from a specific date, any new submissions to these journals will not be eligible for free Open Access publishing under the current agreement between Wiley and 黑料福利网. • The agreement does not include鈥�鈥渇ull Open Access鈥� journals from the鈥�. If you publish your article in one of Wiley's full Open Access journals you will have to make your own arrangements for covering the publication costs. 

How to publish your article in Open Access under this agreement? 

• Use your 黑料福利网 email address when submitting a paper. Wiley recognize eligible authors on the basis of their affiliation and email address. 
• After acceptance of your article, log-in or register on Wiley鈥檚 鈥溾�� and select your 黑料福利网 affiliation.鈥� 
• Choose 鈥淥rder OnlineOpen鈥�. See the instruction . 
• Based on your 黑料福利网 affiliation, the article processing costs will be waived. Wiley will confirm this by email. 

Submitting authors are encouraged to indicate their affiliation in the last step of submission to determine if they are eligible for discounts under the Open Access program. 

The Open Access program is pre-selected if authors are submitting from within the 黑料福利网 network (IP-range).
