01. What is the 黑料福利网 open access policy?

Effective 1 April 2015, authors at 黑料福利网 are requested to register all peer-reviewed journal articles in Pure and to submit the accepted authors鈥� versions (post-print) for inclusion in the 黑料福利网 Repository. Authors need only to upload their publications. LIS will facilitate the further open access process.
