We educate the next generation of curious creators and thinkers. If you are drawn to medicine, science 谩nd engineering, our Biomedical Engineering Bachelor鈥檚 and Master鈥檚 programs are for you. Every year, our ambitious BmE student teams take part in competitions tackling societal challenges by developing life-changing technologies.

Research

We integrate engineering and natural sciences in high-quality research and innovative solutions that improve diagnostics, treatments, and patients鈥� quality of life. Our three focus areas are Regenerative Engineering & Materials, Chemical Biology and Biomedical Imaging & Modeling. We play a leading role in advancing research fields such as molecular engineering, regenerative medicine, biomaterials, immuno-engineering and AI in biomedical research. We place strong emphasis on translating research into practical applications and fostering ambitious startups.
