SvBMT Protagoras is the study association for Biomedical Engineering students.
About us
is the study association for the bachelor and master students in Biomedical Engineering. We engage with, and support students using our three pillars: Education, Orientation and Relaxation. We give them ways to connect with the department, be inspired for future opportunities by exploring companies and connect them with other students through fun activities. Additionally, students are always welcome in our members' space, In Vivo. Here, they can enjoy free coffee, tea and fruit and have a space to relax and socialize.
The association is run entirely by students. Many members are active in all kinds of committees which organize many different activities, from career oriented to parties, and committees that contribute to the association in different ways, such as infrastructure and photography. By being part of a committee, you will develop helpful skills alongside your studies, like communication, cooperation and coordination. The association is run by the board, which consists of a small group of students who dedicate an entire year to this task. They are always ready to answer your questions, and you can find them on the website!
