Intermate is the study association for BSc Sustainable Innovation, BSc Psychology & Technology and MSc Human-Technology Interaction of the faculty Industrial Engineering & Innovation Sciences.

About us

Intermate is the study association representing the bachelor's Sustainable Innovation (SI) and Psychology & Technology (P&T) and the master's programs Human-Technology Interaction (HTI) and the Sustainability Transitions track of Innovation Management (IM-S). We are part of the Department of Industrial Engineering & Innovation Sciences (IE&IS). Intermate supports the students of these studies through three primary areas: Education, career, and leisure. We give them ways to connect with the department, be inspired for future opportunities by exploring companies and connect them with other students through fun activities. Additionally, students are always welcome in our members' space, the Internaat. Here, they can enjoy free coffee and tea and have a space to relax and socialize.
