The theme of our Opening Academic Year 2026鈥�2027 is derived from the central lustrum theme: From Curiosity to Impact

鈥淔rom Curiosity to Impact鈥� captures the journey from fundamental questions to meaningful change. It reflects how academic curiosity drives discovery, innovation and collaboration, ultimately translating knowledge into solutions that shape society and the future.

As usual, we will have several inspiring speakers. These will be announced in due course.
The ceremony will begin at 15:00 and will take place in the Blauwe Zaal of the Auditorium.
