Registration closed
All participants must register for the conference, including those who have submitted an abstract for an oral or poster presentation. Abstract submission does not automatically complete your conference registration.
Use the button below to access the conference registration portal. Through this portal, you can complete your registration, pay the registration fee, and select any additional events you wish to attend. Please note that some optional events may require an additional fee.
If you have previously submitted an abstract, you can log in using the same account and credentials used for the abstract submission portal. If you do not yet have an account, you will be able to create one before proceeding with your registration.
Conference fees
The registration fee includes all sessions, attendance of the Chiromag program on Friday, coffee breaks, lunches, poster sessions / get-together event with drinks and (limited) snacks, and welcome reception.
Registration will open on June 29, 2026. Late registration deadline is Friday, September 11. Afterwards, registration will only be possible on-site.

Conference dinner
The conference dinner will take place on Wednesday 30 September, 19:30, in restaurant de Kazerne, in Eindhoven city centre. Participation requires separate registration and payment of an additional fee (see 鈥渃onference fees鈥�).
Cancellation Policy
Registration cancellations must be received via e-mail (umc2026@tue.nl) by September 11, 2026. By this date, all cancellations will be refunded, with a 鈧� 25,- cancellation fee deducted. No refunds will be issued for cancellations received after this deadline, except at our sole discretion.
