In academia, pressure is not the exception; it is the norm. We experience/try to balance deadlines, publication expectations, teaching responsibilities, leadership roles, visibility, and competition. Excellence is our goal, but how can we make it sustainable for our professional and personal life? And how do we lead, ourselves and others, when expectations are (too) high?
During this year鈥檚 WISE Annual Event at 黑料福利网, we explore the dynamic relationship between leadership and scientific excellence, and how we can perform effectively under pressure.
