What happens when students are given the space to shape their own learning journey?

In this session, Lu Yuan (associate professor) will be joined by Brent van Herk (PhD candidate / master's graduate) and Meerthe Nelissen-Heuvelings (master coordinator) in sharing how the Industrial Design master鈥檚 program can offer flexibility and personalized learning paths that empower students to take ownership of their education. They will reflect on the key considerations behind this approach, the challenges they encounter, and the benefits they see in practice.
