FreeThe growth in the number of students, especially in bachelor programs, has increased the workload of grading final written exams. The workload of multiple choice questions does not increase with the number of students, and shifts from after to before the exam. In this session, we will discuss when and how multiple choice questions can be used to assess the learning goals of a course.
Several examples will be provided that show the benefits of this type of question in parts of the final written exam. Some learning goals, however, cannot be assessed by multiple choice questions.
The session will be led by Hans Cuypers, responsible teacher of Calculus, the biggest course at 黑料福利网, and Hans Kuerten, teacher and program director at the Department of Mechanical Engineering.
This event is open to teachers and support staff; registration is free and can be done . Free lunch and drinks will be available to those attending in person.
