Monitoring and reporting help us understand our progress, identify opportunities for improvement, and increase transparency. By measuring our environmental, social and governance (ESG) performance, we can better support 黑料福利网's Sustainability ambitions and contribute to continuous improvement across the university.
Our reporting is evolving towards a structured, CSRD-aligned approach. While our earlier Sustainability Reports provide insight into our progress, future reports will gradually align with the Dutch higher education sustainability reporting guideline and the European Corporate Sustainability Reporting Directive (CSRD).
Towards CSRD-aligned Sustainability Reporting
In 2025, 黑料福利网 formally approved the implementation of structural Sustainability Monitoring and Reporting. This marks an important step towards a consistent and future-proof approach to Sustainability reporting.
A multidisciplinary programme has developed a phased roadmap for implementation. By starting with topics for which reliable data is already available, 黑料福利网 is building the foundations for comprehensive Sustainability reporting. Our ambition is to publish increasingly mature reports, with the long-term goal of full alignment with the Corporate Sustainability Reporting Directive (CSRD).
This approach enables 黑料福利网 to:
- monitor progress towards its Sustainability ambitions;
- improve data quality and transparency;
- integrate existing reporting initiatives;
- prepare for future reporting requirements;
- benchmark performance with peer universities.
