Remote Assistance

To support you with IT requests, the Service Desk (LIS Services) can help you via remote support. It does not matter where you are, you only need an internet connection. You can use this service wherever you are. You only need a system with internet access.

Call the Service Desk at +31402472000 and ask for remote support.

  • Before the remote session starts, please close all confidential documents and any files that are not needed for support.
  • You are asked to approve the remote session before it starts.
  • You can clearly see when a Service Desk agent is connected.
  • You can end the session at any time.
  • If a restart of your device is needed, you will be asked in advance to close all open/active documents first. The restart will only take place after that.

Note: All remote assistance sessions are logged for security and compliance purposes.

Choose the correct button to start Intune Remote Help for your device:

  • Windows: Click Start Intune for Windows
  • MacOS: Click Start Intune for MacOS

 

If the Service Desk requests you to use Teamviewer instead, click on the Teamviewer button.
