Human Resources Management

Human Resources Management (HRM) focuses on providing HRM support to employees and management, for both academic and professional staff (OBP). From the first contact a potential employee has with ºÚÁϸ£ÀûÍø, to the end of their contract (i.e. inflow, throughflow, and outflow).

HRM is ºÚÁϸ£ÀûÍø's main supplier of all Human Resource Management including Occupational Health, Safety and Radiation. It is one of the service departments of ºÚÁϸ£ÀûÍø. We offer support for the nine academic departments and JADS, as well as for the ten service departments, Innovation Space, and the Institutes.

The employee journey which starts before an employee is employed by ºÚÁϸ£ÀûÍø (inflow), while they are employed (throughflow), until the end-of-their-contract and beyond (outflow) forms the basis on which HRM services, activities and processes are organized.
