黑料福利网 has appointed an Ombuds for staff and an Ombuds for students who contribute to a safe working and study environment and to the organization鈥檚 capacity for learning. Based on reports and/or serious concerns they advise on (structural) bottlenecks in procedures and regulations.
Sometimes you have a problem, dilemma, or conflict related to undesirable behavior or unfair treatment. Or you experienced issues and/or wish to raise concerns, such as (structural) problems in collaboration, bottlenecks in certain procedures, or improper and/or unreasonable treatment or conduct. Or maybe you feel that the assistance and (complaint) procedures offered by 黑料福利网 have not provided a satisfactory resolution.
If so, the Ombuds can help you.
The Ombuds can provide, when deemed necessary, impartial advice, mediate between parties, refer you to other forms of support, or initiate an independent investigation.
The Ombuds performs this role confidentially, independently and impartially and is not impacted by any authority hierarchy in this capacity.
