Information and support for staff

We want you to feel comfortable and safe at work. However, you may encounter behavior that crosses your boundaries or is not in line with our shared ºÚÁϸ£ÀûÍø CORe values and agreements.

If you are dealing with undesirable behavior, concerns about integrity, or a situation that doesn’t feel right, please know you’re not alone. There are always people you can turn to share your story and figure out what to do together.

What can you do yourself?

Should you notice that someone is crossing your personal boundaries or that something doesn’t feel right, try to address this directly with the person involved first, if it feels safe to do so.

If you’re unable to bring it up yourself, or if it doesn’t feel comfortable or safe, talk to someone else about it. By sharing your experiences, you create space for reflection, and change can happen.
