External intake of master鈥檚 students at 黑料福利网 continues to grow
Beethoven master鈥檚 programs are experiencing a jointly growing intake.
Due to an increase in the external intake of new master鈥檚 students (+7% compared to last year), Eindhoven University of Technology has slightly more new students this academic year than last year. In total, 3,299 students enrolled, bringing the total student population to 13,854. This is the highest number ever. Last year, the intake of new master鈥檚 students also increased. The intake of new bachelor students decreased by 1% (from 2,518 to 2,485).
Within the departments relevant to the semiconductor sector and the Beethoven plans, the external master鈥檚 intake in Electrical Engineering, Mathematics & Computer Science, and Applied Physics is growing by 3%, 14%, and 11%, respectively. Mechanical Engineering is seeing a decrease of 9%. The full intake consists of the external intake and the students who continue from the 黑料福利网 bachelors to the masters education. The figures of the latter category will be available at the end of the academic year.
