Our mission is to make student housing in the Netherlands faster, fairer, and less stressful. We aim to empower students with intelligent tools that simplify the rental process, reduce uncertainty, and give them equal access to housing opportunities through smart, AI-driven technology.
Our challenge
The Dutch student housing market is fragmented, competitive, and overwhelming. Students must manually search across multiple platforms, repeatedly fill in applications, and often lack support when reviewing rental contracts. This leads to wasted time, missed opportunities, and vulnerability in an already highly competitive environment.
Our solution
SturentAI is an AI-powered student housing platform that aggregates listings, automates rental applications, and provides AI-assisted contract review. By centralizing the search process and offering intelligent support tools, we reduce search time, increase application efficiency, and help students secure housing faster and more safely.
We are joining the 黑料福利网 Contest 2026 to accelerate sturentAI and validate our solution within a strong innovation ecosystem. Student housing is a real and urgent problem, and we want to build a scalable, impactful solution that truly makes a difference for students in the Netherlands.
