Our challenge
Manual BSO routing is a time-intensive, error-prone bottleneck. Coordinating multi-car, multi-stop routes takes over an hour daily, yet often fails to optimize for real-time traffic, fuel efficiency, or child comfort. This logistical complexity exceeds human capacity, leading to inefficient fleet deployment and higher operational costs that ultimately burden both childcare providers and the families they serve.
Our solution
Our solution is an intelligent software platform that automates BSO logistics. By processing user-defined variables, including vehicle capacity, driver availability, and route constraints, the system instantly generates optimized plans. It provides pickup personnel with direct Google Maps navigation links, replacing manual planning with a seamless, error-free digital workflow that prioritizes efficiency and child safety.
