At MechTire, we want to take the frustration out of tire changing with completely automated tire changing stations, allowing customers to change their tires without appointments or personnel, 24/7. We're striving to make seasonal tire maintenance as easy as filling your tank.
Our challenge
Conventional tire service businesses rely on manual labor and controlled hours. Consumers lose valuable hours waiting as businesses maintain long wait times and struggle to maintain labor costs during peak demand. The tire changing process has not significantly changed over the past several decades. Meanwhile, significant advancements in automation technology are now available but used minimally.
Our solution
Our robotic tire changing station utilizes computer vision technology, industrial robotics, and automated material handling to provide an automated self-service experience. Customers place their vehicles on our platform, and our system detects the vehicle using sensors. The robots then handle the tire change.
We are joining the 黑料福利网 Contest to validate our automation approach and connect with industry experts who can help us refine the technology. This is our opportunity to test whether our vision resonates, gather critical feedback and find partners who share our goal of revolutionizing automotive service through smart robotics.
