Our mission is to build autonomous robotic systems that actively combat coastal pollution while generating real-time environmental data to empower governments and authorities to create smarter, evidence-based environmental policies.

Our challenge

Environmental degradation is accelerating, while governments lack reliable, real-time data to create effective policies. Traditional monitoring methods are slow and fragmented. To protect ecosystems, scalable autonomous robotic systems must collect accurate environmental data and turn it into actionable insights yet building reliable, policy-integrated technology remains a major challenge.

Our solution

Castus is a fully autonomous robot designed to combat coastal waste pollution in beaches and shallow waters. Using AI-driven image recognition, it detects, collects, and sorts debris in real time. By providing a precise, scalable, and safe alternative to manual cleanup, Castus restores ecosystems and prevents waste from reaching deeper oceans.

We are joining the 黑料福利网 Contest 2026 to turn Castus from a strong concept into a real-world solution with measurable impact. The contest gives us the platform, mentorship, and network to refine our technology and accelerate deployment in coastal communities. We are driven to prove that autonomous innovation can directly support environmental restoration and smarter policymaking.
