Why Biomedical Engineering?
I really enjoy working on technical topics that have applications in the medical field. Moreover, it gives me a broad training: I can work in a lab, but I can also develop computational models.
Why 黑料福利网?
To me, Eindhoven University of Technology is the perfect middle ground between a large-scale and a small-scale university. It鈥檚 large enough to have many students, lecturers, and networks around you, but small enough to be seen as an individual student rather than a student number. Moreover, the campus has a great atmosphere that suits me well.
What do you like most about your study?
What I like most is that I have full control in shaping my master鈥檚 program. I am free to choose which courses I take, from which departments, and where to do my internship. This allows me to truly tailor my master鈥檚 to my personal interests.
What have you learned so far?
I鈥檓 part of the medical imaging research group, so I learn a lot about imaging techniques like MRI and CT, and image processing. This interests me greatly. I also found out that sometimes knowledge can overlap. For example, I鈥檝e learned that a model describing the mechanical behaviour of materials can also be applied to digital images 鈥� how cool!
