I am fascinated by the opportunities and threats of AI, in general and especially in business. Innovation Management seemed the right place to explore these questions. For an exploratory research project I looked at the effect of AI implementation within Adobe. What changes would that bring? We also looked more broadly, at trust, bias, etc. It is a very new topic with little prior research. So we were able to look at a brand new development while it was unfolding. We also used and tested our theories with language models.

I was born and raised in Eindhoven and so far I have only had reasons to stay. It is one of the most innovative places in the world, which is perfect if you want to start a career at the intersection of innovation. The technical and mathematical approach of the studies offered at 黑料福利网 matched my goals. What I value most here is the warmth and friendliness among colleagues and students. In the future I would like to start a career in R&D management, preferably in a consultancy that oversees various start-ups and scale-ups.
