We spoke with Hans van Kaathoven (Training Coordinator) and Seda Westerbeek (HRD Director) of Talent&Pro about their collaboration with EAISI Academy.
Why did you find it important to train your young professionals in data science & AI?
Seda Westerbeek: 鈥淭he financial sector is changing at an incredible pace. Data-driven decision-making and AI are here to stay. We want to equip our professionals with the knowledge and skills necessary to take the lead. Training our talents in Data Science & AI is a strategic choice that ensures our readiness for the future and enables us to support our clients optimally.鈥
How did you discover EAISI Academy?
Hans van Kaathoven: 鈥淚 personally reached out to EAISI at that time. We were seeking a partner that combines academic expertise with a practice-oriented approach. EAISI immediately stood out due to its flexibility and its ability to tailor a program to the specific needs of our working professionals. It felt like a great match from the beginning.鈥
Can you tell us about the structure of the Program?
Hans van Kaathoven: 鈥淲e are using the program Mastering Data & AI, which consists of three modules: Introduction, Applications, and Mastering. These modules logically build on each other. What strengthens the program is the combination of theory and practice; participants engage with real-world datasets and simulations, as well as projects that are directly connected to their work with our clients.鈥
Seda Westerbeek: 鈥淲hat truly customizes the program is its flexibility. EAISI collaborates with us on planning, whether at our own office or on location, and aligns the assignments with the work domain of our trainees. This approach makes the program both feasible and relevant for our team.鈥

The knowledge they acquire can be applied immediately in their work, ranging from analyzing client data to improving processes and supporting their advice. This empowers them in their roles as consultants.鈥
