h - How do I provide my grades?

Shortly after submitting your application, you will receive a request to submit your grades. To do so, you must upload a certified copy of your grade list and enter your grades via a dedicated application website.

A certified copy is a copy of your diploma or grade list that has been provided with an original stamp and signature from your (secondary) school. By doing so, the school confirms that the copy is a true representation of the original document.

Which grade list do I need to submit?

  • Applying with a VWO diploma: all VWO applicants must submit the standard VWO 5 grade list. This grade list and the accompanying FAQ can be found on the . Please note that this webpage is only available in Dutch. The links to both the grade list and the FAQ can be found at the bottom of the page.

Even if you have already obtained your VWO diploma, we still require your VWO 5 grades. A VWO diploma or final grade list alone is not sufficient.

  • Applying with an HBO diploma: applicants who entered HBO through the Dutch education system should submit their HAVO final grade list, preferably an extract from DUO. International applicants with an HBO background will receive separate instructions by email regarding the documents they need to submit.

Uploading your documents

You can upload your grade list and enter your grades through a dedicated application website. You will receive a username, password, and further instructions by email.

Please note

  • All required documents must be submitted in full before January 15, 2027.
  • We strongly recommend submitting your documents as early as possible so that any errors can still be corrected.
  • The information you provide will be checked for accuracy.
  • Documents can only be uploaded in PDF format.
