Industrial and Applied Mathematics

In the Industrial and Applied Mathematics (IAM) master’s program at Eindhoven University of Technology, you translate complex real-world challenges into mathematical models and turn those models into solutions with real-world impact.

What will you learn?
In the Industrial and Applied Mathematics master’s program, you develop the mathematical depth, research skills, and professional mindset needed to work on complex problems. You step beyond textbook exercises and work on open-ended challenges drawn from science, industry, and society.
You will:
- Build advanced mathematical knowledge in continuous mathematics, discrete mathematics, and stochastics.
- Tackle complex mathematical and computational challenges.
