Who is this pre-master for?
Are you interested in pursuing a Master鈥檚 in Industrial and Applied Mathematics at 黑料福利网 but your bachelor's degree is not in Mathematics, or you hold a mathematics degree from a university of applied sciences (HBO) ? No worries, you can still qualify for the master鈥檚 program by completing a pre-master's first. The pre-master Industrial and Applied Mathematics helps you bridge the gap between your previous education and the academic level required for graduate studies in mathematics.
The program provides a rigorous introduction to university-level mathematics and allows you to explore different specialization profiles within the master鈥檚 program. Depending on your interests and background, you can prepare for Continuous Mathematics, Discrete Mathematics, Stochastics, or the Quantum Science and Technology track.
What does the pre-master look like?
Your pre-master program will be specifically designed for you. The contents of the pre-master program will depend on the gaps that are found in your previous education to fully prepare you for a successful master's journey.
Your pre-master will generally consist of 30 credits worth of courses and will take you 6 months to a year to complete.
