Admission is managed jointly by 黑料福利网 and TalTech through the Program Steering Committee. Selected students are enrolled at both universities and spend one year at each institution. Tuition fees are paid to the host university of the study year.
Students are responsible for travel, living, and visa costs. Both universities provide support and guidance to help with these arrangements.
